Qualification :- B.E.- Mech Engg. with 6-8 Yrs. Experience OR Diploma In Mech. Engg. with an experience of 8-10 Yrs.
Area Of Expertise :-
1:- Candidate should have exposure of formulation plant ( OSD & SVP
2:- Planning of effective preventive maintenance plan for Production machines.
3:- Monitoring & Optimizing process, troubleshooting problems at shop floor.
4:- Documentation work.
5:-Installation & Commissioning of process machineries.
Should have fair knowledge of HVAC & Water system( MCDP & PSG).
EHS Officer - Environment health and safety
Roles & Responsibilities
● To adopt/implement EHS standards, programs, procedures, policies and guidelines at the Site
● To identify, prepare, review, update, initiate change Control, follow up for approval and effecting of EHS related SOP’sand Standards.
● To conduct training on EHS policies, standards, SOP’s, safety orientation of new Hires and related assessments/documentations.
● To oversee operation of Effluent Treatment Plant and ensure the parameters of the effluent as per the norms.
● To ensure holding of periodic meetings of the safety Committee meetings, to prepare, receive. Circulate /display agendas, meetings, action plans.
● To investigate accidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, and occupational diseases and recommend action plans for prevention.
