- Lead R&D to develop new products and formulations for our key markets and support product pipelines.
- Support raw material sourcing and supplier qualification.
- Lead formula development, evaluation, scale up and validation.
- Evaluate potential interactions between formula ingredients and components.
- Develop and Maintain technical documentations.
- Integrate global quality requirements into product design.
Technical Expertise:
6+ years experiences in formulation, process development and technology transfer to plants (e.g. training, first batch production, trouble shooting). In-depth knowledge of cosmetics/ Hair Color formulation and process
