*Opening in Zydus Biologics based at Ahmedabad for Injectable Manufacturing and Quality Control*

We invite candidates for the following positions for our Zydus Biologics unit based at Ahmedabad
*Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager*
*Injectable (Fill & Finish)* : M.Sc. (Biotech/ B.Pharma/ M. Pharm with 5-10 Years in Biological/pharmaceuticals Production commercial plant. Should have Experience in Formulation & filling. Should be able to handle PFS/Cartridges/Lyo vial/ Liquid Vial- filling line. hands-on experience on Mfg of recombinant proteins , filling , lyophilization, packaging and dispatch. Should also have sound knowledge of QMS - change control, deviation, CAPA , investigation , SOP , BMR , BPR preparation and GMP documentation. Must have sound knowledge on HMI/SCADA/PLC /mechanical trouble shooting/able to run automated/robotic arm high speed machine. Must aware of Aseptic area operation and handling of automated washer/filler/denester/inspection machine/labeler/blister/cartonator. Must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
*Quality Control – Validation*
M.Sc/M.Pharm /B-Tech/M Tech with 2-5 years of hands on experience in handling equipment & tests such as Validation of RP HPLC, Size exclusion chromatography, Ion exchange chromatography, Glycon Analysis of Biologics related complex molecules ( Biosimilars and other Biologics molecules), Validation of Gel Electrophoresis/SDS PAGE Analysis methods, IEF Methods, HCP/HCD methods.
*Quality Control – Bioassay*
M.Sc/M.Pharm /B-Tech/M Tech with 2-5 years of hands on experience in executing of in-vitro cell based bioassays by Proliferation assays, Cytotoxicity assays, Apoptosis assay, Cytopathic assay, Receptor – ligand binding assay, Kinetic assays, Mycoplasma testing and Cell bank preparation
*Quality Control – RM / PM*
M.Sc/M.Pharm /B-Tech/M Tech with 2-5 years of hands on experience in handling equipment & tests such as UV-Spectro photometer, IR- spectrometer, KF volumetric tiltrotor, HPLC, Polari meter, GC, Turbidity meter and Visco meter
*Quality Control – Physico Chemical*
M.Sc/M.Pharm /B-Tech/M Tech with 2-5 years of hands on experience of handling equipment & tests such as Reverse phase HPLC, Size exclusion chromatography, Ion exchange chromatography, Glycon Analysis, Gel Electrophoresis/SDS PAGE Analysis, IEF, Osmolality, HCP/HCD, Spectroscopy. Must have experience of Analysis of Fermentation Biotechnology based complex molecules (Biosimilars, Therapeutic proteins and peptides).
