Desired skill require ::
1. MET, AET, BET and Antibiotic assay testing and release of drug products (Raw material, intermediate/In-process, cleaning sample, finished product and stability samples) as per current applicable specifications and standard testing procedures.
2. Sampling, analysis and trending of water samples and trending of environmental monitoring results.
3. Environmental monitoring of Microbiology laboratory and manufacturing facility.
4. Microbiological test method validations.
5. Microbiological equipment qualification and validation, calibration of instrument.
6. Maintenance of Microbial cultures and culture suspension.
