QC manager – minimum experience of 12+ years / should have knowledge of RM/PM/FG analysis / all instrumentation / Chemical / Stability / Micro / PM analysis sections
*QA manager* – minimum experience of 12+ years / should have through knowledge of QMS and QA systems – location is at Ahmedabad / Transportation from Co side
*Engineering manager* – minimum experience of 12+ years / should have knowledge of mechanical / electrical / EHS system / depth knowledge of documentation / ETP plant operations / should have depth knowledge of all utilities operations
*IPQA executive* – minimum experience 3 to 5 years / Candidate must be aware with IPQA functions of OSD (tablet / capsule), line clearance, BMR / BPR checking, failure investigation, must have knowledge of HVAC & water system of OSD facility as per ICH/ EDQM / PIC/S. Must be a part auditee team of three regulatory audits, familiar with SAP or equivalent pharma software system, must be aware with data integrity as per 21 CFR part 11 compliance
*IPQA Officer* – minimum experience of 1 to 3 years / Candidate must be aware with IPQA functions of OSD ( tablet / capsule ) , line clearance , BMR / BPR checking , must have knowledge of HVAC & water system of OSD facility , , familiar with SAP or equivalent pharma software system , must be aware with data integrity as per 21 CFR part 11 compliance
*QA executive* – validation and documentation – minimum experience 3 to 5 years - Exposure of FAT/ IQ/OQ/PQ ( PRACTICAL & DOCUMENTATION ) as per ICH/EDQM/PIC/S guidelines , exposure of QMS as per ICH guidelines, familiar with SAP or equivalent pharma software system , must be aware with data integrity as per 21 CFR part 11 compliance , Must be a part auditee team of three regulatory audits
*QA officer* – validation and documentation – minimum experience 1 to 3 years - must be aware with data integrity as per 21 CFR part 11 compliance , computer literacy is very important. Knowledge of basic QMS as well as system validation documents are required.
*QC executive* – minimum experience 4 to 6 years - Good analytical hand is required. Technical approval in chemico –physicochemical & instrumentation from local FDA is must. Must be having practical knowledge of latest model / software of HPLC / GC/ FTIR /KF/ Autotitrator / TOC analyser / Polarimeter / refractometer / dissolution apparatus & other physicochemical analysis for OSD . Must be aware with solution for trouble shooting of chemical / instrument analysis. Familiar with SAP or equivalent pharma software system, must be aware with data integrity as per 21 CFR part 11 compliance, Must be a part auditee team of three regulatory audits
*QC officer* – 1 to 3 years - Good analytical hand is required. Must be handled DT, dissolution apparatus & other physicochemical analysis. Familiar with SAP or equivalent pharma software system, must be aware with data integrity as per 21 CFR part 11 compliance
