*Equipment Handling experience*
HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR Spectroscopy, Kal- Fisher etc.
*Job Responsibilities*
1) Planning and managing the QC department daily activities including finished product release, In-process and stability sample and testing of raw material.
2) Managing regulatory audits, customer audits & also responsible for maintaining 21 CFR part 11 compliance in QC documents through data integrity.
3)SAP handling- Creation and release of PR/UD for tested
materials.
4) Managing QMS system in QC lab through investigation of OOS & OOT, incident investigation, Deviation (CAPA) and change controls as per laid procedures.
5) Responsible in preparing SOP's,Stability
program, Testing method and Stability trend.
6) Maintaining and reviewing of all QC documents as per current regulatory requirements.
7) Reviewing all analytical protocol/raw data. 8) Managing QC equipment validation and maintainance activity, cleaning validation of different
equipments ,Method validation of different products.
9) Resolving analytical problem of subordinate,On the job
training. Also will be responsible for STP prepration, COA
prepration.
10) Managing Manpower in QC and allocation of HPLC section also trouble shooting of instruments.
