PhD/PG in Biotechnology or any related field of Life Sciences.
Work Experience - 1-2 years in technical support or lab related work.
He/She should be well-versed with NGS as well
He/She should be comfortable to travel for job related
purposes.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of biochemical,
immunochemical and cell-based methods and possess
strong scientific and technical skills.
as basic molecular biology techniques (such as Cloning, RT-qPCR, Western Blotting and ELISA).
• Provide customer support, technical expertise and timely
response to customers and field team members. • Conduct analysis, assessment and troubleshooting on
products dealt by Imperial Life Sciences.
• Track and Report trends of product performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Make and update product related materials such as troubleshooting guides and technical manuals.
• Maintain proficiency with all the upcoming technologies and changes related to products dealt by Imperial Life Sciences
