Centre in Gurgaon (Manesar).
Qualification Masters in Labour Welfare
Work Exp: 5 to 8 years Role and Responsibilities:
This role shall be the HR Partner for a Licious' Processing centre. The key stakeholders for the role holder shall be the members in operations spread across shop floor and
support functions.
• Recruitment: including sourcing, selection, offer and • Culture: Engage with all members in the plant and
on-boarding
proactively identify and address areas where trust can be
built
Engagement: Design and implement engagement agenda for the plant
•HRMS Ownership for all members, that includes,
attendance and payroll
• Analytics: Actively track leading HR metrics and ensure
steps to improve plant's performance • Admin: Be the single point of contact for all HR
operational requirements for members
Contract Labour
• Compliance: Adherence to laws, filing of returns, and liaison with local officials, and representatives.
