Looking for a result oriented professional with solid experience in Human Resource
AGM - HR
Work Location: Hyderabad
The incumbent shall:
• Responsible for handling all HR related activities from operational and strategic perspective
Manpower Planning & Budgeting, building effective talent pool with best. hiring strategies, succession planning for critical positions
• Drafting policies, manage HR Operations including payroll
• Design and execute training and development initiatives
Ensure statutory compliance and filing returns as per requirement
Working knowledge of HRMS software implementation
The incumbent should have:
Ability to work independently, Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to multi-task
MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification with at least 12 years of post qualification, relevant experience as HR business partner
Age should not exceed 40 years
