We are hiring for the role of Senior HRBP, preferably people who have experience in a Manufacturing Business Unit.
We are looking for candidates with Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field with 7-10 years of experience in the capacity of an HR Business Partner.
Skill Sets:
1. Experience in organization design and development, talent management and engagement, talent strategy. 2. Experience in managing the employee life cycle, staffing, performance management, succession planning, talent
movement and analytics.
3. Experience in HR metrics, management strategy formulation, and policy formulation. 4. In-depth knowledge about the manufacturing business of any industry (preferably pharma industry).
