Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited, has two pilot production facility equipped with cutting-edge technology to produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in Bangladesh. The company is expanding its operations to the commercial scale, the facility design already been completed and waiting for implementations. To fulfil the objective, the company is looking for an experienced Project Manager for successful implementation and commissioning of the project for its commercial operations.
Position: Project Manager, API
Job Statement:
Implementation and commissioning of work packages according to design and URS, monitoring and coordination of selected contractors to maintain the project schedule for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure execution of all work packages with detail implementation plan.
Ensure commissioning of the project for commercial operations with detail
commissioning plan. Lead the project engineering team and coordination with different vendors and contractors.
■ Coordination between cross functional teams such as R&D team, Manufacturing team and QA Team.
■Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/ Masters in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 16 years' experiences in commercial API manufacturing facility and project implementation including 5 to 8 years in Managerial Position.
Certified in PMP (Project Management Professional) or SMP (Senior Management
Program) and working experience in Production will get preference. Extensive hands-on experience on development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of comprehensive and effective API facility.
