Position: Technical Lead – Quality Control (Sr. Manager / Manager)
Department: Centralized Analytical Laboratory
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 12-15 Years
Qualifications: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B. Pharm / M. Pharm / Ph.D.
Reporting To: General Manager – Technical (Centralized Analytical Laboratory)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support in Development, Implementation & Maintenance of Management System in line with IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO 9001:2015, Schedule L1 of Drug & Cosmetic Act 1940 in the laboratory.
2. Ensure compliance to Good Laboratory practices & Data Integrity in the laboratory.
3. Preparation and review of applicable Standard Operating Procedures in the laboratory.
4. Ensure optimum availability of equipment and facility for lab operations.
5. Scheduling and Managing preventive and breakdown maintenance of lab equipment.
6. Maintenance & calibration of all laboratory equipment.
7. Monitoring analyst performance and equipment performance.
8. Checking of completeness and correctness of logbooks
9. Planning of overall analytical activities starting from receipt of samples to the final testing and submission of data after review for COA preparation.
10. Plan, prepare and perform the activities related to Analytical Method Development / Analytical Method Validation / Analytical Method Verification.
11. Fulfillment of all laboratory safety requirements.
12. Training of analysts, analyst qualification and performing exercise related to Training needs Identification
13. Ensure compliance to Quality Management System in the laboratory.
Experience of working with instruments like HPLC, UPLC, ICPMS, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, Auto titrator, Ion Chromatography.
