Job Profile :-
· Monitoring and providing technical support during execution of Pre-Exhibit/ Exhibit/ Pre-PPQ/PPQ batches.
· Preparation and review of Pre-Exhibit/ Exhibit/ Pre-PPQ/PPQ batches protocol/ Report.
· Preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Record for Pre-Exhibit/ Exhibit/ Pre-PPQ/PPQ batches.
· Monitoring and providing technical support for troubleshooting during execution of batches (where ever required).
· Review of Continued Process Verification (CPV) protocol/ report and Annual Product Quality Report.
· Evaluation of Risk associated with new product introduction at site from R & D &/ or Site Transfer products.
· Evaluation and recommendation of batch planning, considering the available equipments and facility for new product introduction at site.
· Should be familiar with the cGMP practices and regulatory requirements.
· Handling of investigations related to OOS/ OOT/ Atypical observations and provide technical support to identify the root cause and recommendation of suitable CAPA.
· Coordinate with other functions like Production, QA, QC, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse etc. for successful product introduction at site.
