Sr. Manager or AGM - Business Development (Formulation Business for Europe Markets)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to discern trends, competitors, and growth opportunities within the European pharmaceutical sector.
- Execute strategic business plans tailored to augment our footprint in the Formulation segments, in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to fortify business alliances and cultivate enduring partnerships.
- Champion sales initiatives and surpass revenue targets by advocating and vending pharmaceutical formulations within the European market.
- Understand regulatory requisites and industry norms governing pharmaceutical products in Europe, to navigate regulatory milieu.
- Collaborate function with internal cohorts such as R&D, production, and marketing to ensure seamless coordination and triumphant product launches.
- Secure advantageous terms and mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, distributors, and other business associates.
- Furnish regular reports and analysis to senior management concerning market dynamics, business performance, and actionable recommendations for refinement.
- Actively participate in industry symposiums, conferences, and networking endeavors to remain abreast of industry changes and cultivate a robust professional network.
Qualifications and Experience: - Graduate in any field. Candidates with management degree will be given preference.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in required pharma EU markets.
