Technical Skills (Essential) - payroll processing in SAP, statutory compliance.

Responsibilities:
· Payroll Processing: Coordinate and execute the end-to-end payroll process for national employees and expats, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and statutory compliance.
· Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to payroll, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI.
· Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll data, including employee information, attendance records, leave balances, and other relevant details in the payroll system.
· Salary Disbursement: Coordinate the timely disbursement of salaries and reimbursements to employees through the designated payment channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
· Employee Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee related to salary statements, and other payroll-related matters. Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries and concerns.

· Proficiency in SAP payroll software and MS Office applications and Excel.
· Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
