Job Responsibility -
· Responsible for all SAP Implemented modules across the sites.
· Identifying the functional requirements for which changes are required in SAP design/process and ensure timely implementation of the same.
· Co-ordinate with technical & functional consultants for SAP configuration/customization and presenting the proposed solution as per business aspects.
· Providing support to end users across the sites, responsible for SAP modules testing and ensure proper integration of new development/changes with other modules.
· Responsible for SAP trainings, User Manuals, Audits, SOPs, Change Control, Validation Documents, Validation Activities, Deviation, Risk Assessment and CAPA across the sites.
· To report the deviations, perform the investigation with investigation team and prepare the report as per conclusions of investigation.
· Responsible for proper testing on new development, enhancement, reports, outputs & SAP functionality for the required business processes.
· Responsible for SAP user's roles and authorizations before assigning to the SAP users and ensure proper transportation of all configuration and customization requests.
· Responsible for performing technical and functional activities in SAP for "Symbiotec Pharmalab Pvt. Ltd., Indore" & it's all subsidiary units.
