💼 Role Overview
Welzo R&D Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical/Quality Manager to lead its NABL-accredited Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical Laboratory. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ISO/IEC 17025, lab operations, and quality compliance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
🧫 Lab Technical Operations
• Oversee day-to-day lab activities: sample handling, analysis & reporting
• Develop and implement SOPs
• Maintain equipment, inventory & ensure timely calibration
• Troubleshoot technical issues & implement CAPA
🧠 Technical Leadership
• Mentor and train laboratory staff
• Validate and implement new methods
• Stay updated with latest analytical techniques
• Ensure continuous improvement in lab performance
🦺 Safety & Compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
• Oversee chemical waste disposal
• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment
🤝 Client Interaction
• Handle client technical queries
• Support proposal and report preparation
• Foster strong and lasting client relationships
✅ Preferred Profile
✔ Experience managing Environmental / Analytical Laboratory
✔ Formal training in ISO/IEC 17025
✔ Expertise in QA/QC systems & documentation
✔ Skilled in method validation, audits & SOP compliance
