👤 Position: Head – Formulation & Development (F&D)
📌 Experience Required: 12–18 years in pharmaceutical formulation (OSD/Semi-solids, etc.)
🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm / Ph.D. preferred
💼 Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end F&D operations (development to scale-up)
Design robust formulations for regulated and domestic markets
Team management, project planning, and regulatory documentation
Coordination with QA, QC, RA, and production for smooth tech transfer
