🚨 We’re Hiring: PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control Manager) Manager – Sterile Injectable Pharma
📍 Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
💼 CTC: 5 to ₹10 LPA
🏢 Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Injectables – Ampoules, Vials, Lyophilized Vials)
🔹 Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in *PPIC in sterile injectable/pharma setup*
🧾 Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to lead and optimize our production planning and inventory control processes across all sterile injectable lines. You’ll ensure seamless coordination of material flow, production schedules, and stock levels to support uninterrupted manufacturing.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain MRP schedules for APIs, excipients & packaging components
- Coordinate purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and material deliveries
- Track material consumption, buffer stock, and trigger timely reorders
- Liaise with Production, QA, and Stores to resolve supply chain bottlenecks
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly production vs. inventory reports
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in PPIC for sterile injectables
- Mandatory exposure to liquid ampoules, liquid vials, and lyophilized vials
- Strong command of ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel
