🔬 Job Responsibilities – Manager (QC)
• Lead and oversee QC laboratory operations.
• Ensure testing of RM/PM/IP/FP and stability samples.
• Review and approve COAs and analytical reports.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP & regulatory norms.
• Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and change controls.
• Oversee calibration/maintenance of HPLC, GC, UV, etc.
• Coordinate with Production, QA & cross-functional teams.
• Train and mentor QC team members.

🧪 Job Responsibilities – Manager (ADL)
• Develop & validate analytical methods (RM/Intermediates/FP).
• Perform routine and non-routine analysis for development batches.
• Conduct literature search & prepare development reports.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, cGMP & GLP guidelines.
• Manage stability studies and prepare stability summaries.
• Coordinate with F&D, QA, QC & Production for method transfers.
• Maintain audit and regulatory readiness.
• Lead and guide ADL team operations.
