Job Responsibilities – Manager (ADL)
• Develop & validate analytical methods.
• Perform routine and non-routine analysis for development batches.
• Conduct literature search & prepare development reports.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, cGMP & GLP guidelines.
• Manage stability studies and prepare stability summaries.
• Coordinate with F&D, QA, QC & Production for method transfers.
• Maintain audit and regulatory readiness.
• Lead and guide ADL team operations.
