🔎 Job Description (JD)
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
Review and approval of BMR/BPR, SOPs, protocols, and reports
Handling deviations, change control, OOS, CAPA, and investigations
Preparation and review of validation documents (Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Equipment Qualification – IQ/OQ/PQ)
Monitoring of GMP compliance as per Schedule M and other regulatory guidelines
Conducting internal audits and ensuring audit compliance
Handling market complaints and product recall procedures
Coordination with Production, QC, Engineering & Regulatory departments
Documentation control and archival management
Training of shop-floor personnel on GMP and documentation practices
✅ Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
Experience in vaccine/biological manufacturing preferred
Good documentation and analytical skills
Leadership and team coordination abilities
Exposure to regulatory audits will be an added advantage
