We are looking for experienced professionals with API manufacturing exposure to independently handle manpower and a production block.
🔹 Production planning & execution to achieve targets
🔹 Coordination with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Safety)
🔹 Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
🔹 Monitor production activities & assign work effectively
🔹 Handle deviations & ensure timely CAPA implementation
🔹 Review & implement SOPs, BMR, ECR, protocols & reports
🔹 Execute process/equipment/facility changes
🔹 Maintain discipline & ensure facility upkeep
🔹 Work on systems like SAP, QMS, LIMS, LMS, SCADA
🔹 Follow EHS policies strictly
🔹 Conduct trainings & support team development
🔹 Perform equipment inspection post-cleaning as per SOP
