Injectable Plant Machine(Autoclave, filling machine, washing machine, sterilizer, Packing machine) maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Breakdown management, Instrumentation
Production QMS:
Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
Manufacturing – Investigation, deviation, OOS, change control, CAPA and Batch record review
Quality Control:
Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
Analyst - GLP, Stability, RM-PM FP, Lab instrument knowledge HPLC, GC, KF, etc., QMS, QC Doc-cell
Quality Assurance:
Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
IPQA: Injectable IPQA, In-process quality check (Production & Packing), Batch release, Line clearance, sampling and Batch record review
Batch Release: Batch Release, Batch record review, QMS, approval management, regulatory guideline & compliance, sample-related documentation
Validation: Plant instrument validation & qualification, Process validation, thermal validation, protocol preparation
QA QMS: Investigation, deviation, Change control. CAPA, Risk Management and Audit response
Microbiology:
Education: Microbiology or Biotechnology
Experience: 6 to 14 year
QMS - Investigation, Change control, deviation, CAPA, OOS, OOT, Analyst, reviewer, Microbial Limit test, KTA, Bacterial endotoxin test, Environment monitoring, GLP, sterility test
